Our Story
Recognizing that the stage has been set for increasing market volatility, rising geopolitical instability, and unstainable US debt, Constellation founder Mark Helweg set his 20 years of algorithmic trading experience to the task of conceiving the ultimate investment for times like we are seeing unfold:
Such an investment would need to have three rare characteristics:
1. It would need to be market-neutral…not dependent on market direction
2. The opportunity for profit would need to consistently present…or repeatable
3. Take micro risks while targeting high multiple profits (10x plus of risk)
In early 2022, Mark felt confident he had discovered and documented a strategy with these unique attributes. Constellation was formed in 2022 to develop the technology required to actively trade and manage the program.
